Unlimited storage
NETVIGATOR provides unlimited email storage, so you need never worry about missing messages because of depleted capacity, and you never need to delete email to free up space.

Exchange ActiveSync
The Exchange ActiveSync feature enables you to check messages and view up-to-date email status – such as “read/unread”, “deleted” and “replied” – on any smartphone, tablet, computer or other device.

Disposable Email Address
Many online entities collect your email address for marketing purposes. This means your inbox can become inundated with promotional messages if your personal email address is disclosed. NETVIGATOR’s Disposable Email Address creates up to 20 disposable email aliases, enabling users to categorize messages of low importance.

Click on the “Preferences” tab. On the left menu, select “Disposable Email Address”. In the setting page, enter a Prefix for your disposable email address. Please note that the Prefix cannot be modified once it is set up.

Under this email Prefix, you can create up to 20 different email aliases.

Once activating the email alias, all incoming emails sent to it will be saved to the “Disposable Email” folder and will be separated from other important emails.

If you notice there are many unwanted emails being received at the disposable email folder, you can suspend any of the email aliases at any time without affecting your primary email address.

Smart Filtering
Categorize your email into groups or create rules for action using Mail Filter. Rules can be created for incoming or outgoing messages. For example, you can create a filtering rule based on sender or keywords, and move such email to specific folders for easier retrieval.

Click on the “Preferences” tab. On the left menu, select “Filters”.

In setting page, you may choose to create “Incoming Message Filters” for filtering incoming emails or “Outgoing Message Filters” for filtering outgoing emails. Click “New Filter” to create a new filter.

Multiple filters can be used for filtering different types of emails to automatically move them to a specific folder or simply add a tag to label it.

Emails are delivered to specific folder according to the filters created.

Filtering priority is based on their listing order, e.g. the higher priority filter is placed on top of the list. You may drag and move the filters up and down to change the filter priority or remove the filter to temporarily suspend it.
